5. Ownership of Deliverables
Upon full payment for services, Bousstech will transfer ownership of final deliverables to the client, including website designs, logos, and digital marketing assets. However, Bousstech retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Revisions and Approval
We offer revisions to designs and work products as per the terms outlined in the contract. However, additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges. Final approval of all designs and websites lies with the client.

7. Confidentiality
Bousstech agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client during the course of providing services. We will not disclose such information to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
Bousstech will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.

9. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Bousstech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for any work completed up to the date of termination. Bousstech may terminate services in the event of non-payment or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites.

12. Modification of Terms
